Deliverables

We always try to use video and filmed recordings of the participants’ progress throughout the training, because we have found that it is the most effective way of creating a visible improvement in skill.

The camera technique means we provide Cameras, tripods, cables, monitors, headphones, projectors.

1 trainer can deal with a group of 10, maximum 12 participants effectively. For each group of 12 participants, we also provide a projector, to enable participants to practice their presentations from the laptop or pc.

In the ideal world, we try to ensure that participants walk away with a dvd, sd card or video cassette with 3 short recorded presentations, which records their performance improvement during the session, so that they can look at it again afterwards, and learn from it.

We also provide the participants with 2 books, or training manuals:

Persuasive presentations, is a full 60 page booklet which describes an in depth view of rhetoric structure according to Aristotelian principals, linked with pragmatic business principles of convincing and informative presentation skill.

Train the Trainer, is a 70 page workbook which covers a critical need that we are aware of for medical speakers – that is the need to speak in front of universities and student groups as a part of a learning curriculum, Train the Trainer is a pedagogical teachers handbook, which focuses on the principles of learning, group-work activities, group dynamics and activation.
